EWV 0209-2009, Cropped Vest

Another Cropped Vest landed on my needles since I liked how EWV 0128-2009 turned out.
It appeared that history was destined to repeat itself because, as with EWV 0128, I started out with too many stitches for EWV 0209. It took about 8 inches of stockinette stitch to realize this, so frogging was again in order to get me on the right track.
